Please Note :
The specification of weighing scale glass should be confirmed before put the sheet glass into the toughening furnace, the
tempered glass can't be cut anymore after out of the toughening furnace, otherwise it will be broken.
Weighing scale glass manufacturing process
Toughened glass is thermally stronger than the normal glass. The glass undergoes intense stress due to which, the strength of glass increases. This glass is made through thermal tempering process where the annealed glass is heated at or above 720 degrees and soon after it reaches the heating point, cooling process is performed. The glass thus becomes strong and stressed.
Advantages of tempered glass for weighing scale:
Good permeability: tempered glass generally has more than 91% visible light transmittance, with crystal like quality. Modern home decoration pays more and more attention to the sense of design. The kitchen appliances made of toughened glass can improve the overall aesthetic feeling of the kitchen.
Good safety: the raw materials of tempered glass generally contain less impurities, and the fine control in the melting process of raw materials makes the ultra white glass have more uniform composition than ordinary glass, and its internal impurities are less, thus greatly reducing the possibility of self explosion after tempering.
