Sizes of toughened glass
Toughened glass is available in different sizes as per the requirement or use. The home appliance glass thickness generally ranges between 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm. In the modern household appliance, glass is considered as one of the luxurious and elegant material, due to it’s unique gloss appearance, good light transmission. Quality Inspection process
1, When the first 100 pieces of finished products are packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.
2, The product will be inspected two times casually every shift.
3, Before the product is packaged or after the finished product is repaired, the quality inspector shall inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
4, After the product is packaged, the quality inspector will inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
5, If the finished product is stored for more than one month or for other special reasons, the warehouse administrator shall inform the quality inspector on duty to inspect it at the delivery site (visual inspection according to the standard and packaging scheme is in conformity).

Test for refrigerator door panels
1. Wiping resistance, Wipe the sample piece with a towel dipped in liquid toothpaste for about 30n on the arm for 50 times (one round trip is one time), and then compare with the non wiped part. There should be no visible color difference on the front of the sample, and slight color difference is allowed on the cloth.
2. Wear-resisting, Use a clean flannel cloth to rub 5000 times on the front side at the speed of 30 times / min and travel 40mm (one return is one time), and the friction pressure is 5N / cm2. After the test, the front surface of the sample should be clear and distinguishable, without peeling, exposing the bottom and obvious discoloration.
3. Temperature change, The samples with tempered glass and homogeneous toughened glass were placed in an oven with (200 ± 2) ℃ and semi tempered glass with (100 ± 2) ℃ for 4H. After taking out, the samples were immersed in the ice water mixture at 0 ℃ vertically. It should be ensured that more than 1 / 3 of the sample height can be immersed in water. After 5min, observe whether the glass is damaged. The fish scale peeling on the front and edge of glass is not considered. The sample shall be free from breakage
