The specification should be confirmed before put the sheet glass into the toughening furnace, the
tempered glass can't be cut anymore after out of the toughening furnace, otherwise refrigerator shelves will be broken.

Quality Inspection process for refrigerator shelves
1, When the first 100 pieces of finished refrigerator shelves are packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.
2, The product will be inspected two times casually every shift.
3, Before the refrigerator shelves are packaged or after the finished product is repaired, the quality inspector shall inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
4, After the refrigerator shelves are packaged, the quality inspector will inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
5, If the finished product is stored for more than one month or for other special reasons, the warehouse administrator shall inform the quality inspector on duty to inspect it at the delivery site (visual inspection according to the standard and packaging scheme is in conformity).
