Ceramic Ink Printing Black Frame Oven Tempered Glass With Safety Corner
Oven tempered glass description:
The glass used in oven doors must withstand high heat while simultaneously keeping the temperature inside the oven at a steady temperature and providing a clear view inside. Not all glass is right for the job. Tempered glass has the desirable characteristics thanks to its durability, safety and low conduction.
Tempered glass is the perfect glass to use in oven doors thanks to its low conduction and high durability. Tempered glass also represents a safer option for ovens than regular glass thanks to its ability to shatter into pebble-sized pieces, reducing the risk of serious injury in an emergency.

Features of oven tempered glass:
1. Tempered glass is a kind of safe glass and the fragment of which does no harm to people.
2. it's 4-5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than ordinary annealed glass.
3. Customer logo and background can be printed on tempered glass.
4. Outstanding performance in resisting thermal stress and wind-load.
5. Bear sudden temperature change of 220 centigrade degree
How Is Oven Tempered Glass Made?
Unlike annealed glass or what we know as “ordinary” glass, tempered glass does not break into large jagged shards that can cause serious injuries. Instead, it breaks into smaller granular pieces that are less likely to cause harm. This is why tempered glass is used in passenger vehicle windows, refrigerator trays, shower enclosures, microwave ovens, and other things we use on a regular basis.
Tempered glass is also much stronger than annealed glass. It undergoes a complex manufacturing process that toughens it both physically and thermally.
Heat resistant description:
One benefit of tempered glass is the ability to stand up to moderate heat (470°F). The process that creates this strengthened glass also makes it heat-resistant. This makes tempered glass a great solution for a situation where there is a danger of the glass breaking due to impact or moderate heat. Tempered glass is often used for oven doors and microwave oven door. If tempered glass is exposed to higher temperatures, it gradually weakens the structure of the glass thus making it more susceptible to breakage.
Quality Inspection process for oven tempered glass:
1, When the first 100 pieces of oven tempered glass is packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.
2, oven tempered glass will be inspected two times casually every shift.
3, Before oven tempered glass is packaged or after the finished product is repaired, the quality inspector shall inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
4, After oven tempered glass is packaged, the quality inspector will inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
5, If the finished product is stored for more than one month or for other special reasons, the warehouse administrator shall inform the quality inspector on duty to inspect it at the delivery site (visual inspection according to the standard and packaging scheme is in conformity).
