Wifi Mark Printing Glass Control Panel For Grill Oven With Holes Drilled
Description of glass control panel:
This glass control panel is made of tempered glass and the two holes to fix switch of grill oven. Tempered glass is obtained by cutting the general annealed glass into the required scale, then heating it to 700 degrees of cloth near the softening point, and then cooling quickly and evenly. According to the different thickness of glass, the heating and cooling time is not the same). After tempering, the glass surface forms uniform compressive stress, while the internal part is tensile stress, which makes the bending and impact strength of glass improve, and its strength is about four times higher than that of the general annealed glass. Please Note:
Kindly note that the toughened glass can not be cut and processed again. Only before tempering, the glass can be processed to the required shape and then tempered. Although the strength of toughened glass is stronger than that of ordinary glass, it is possible to self explode (self crack) when the temperature difference changes greatly, while the general glass does not have the possibility of self explosion.

Quality inspection items:
1, Printing appearance: the glass printing area (ink covered area) of the control panel is judged under the condition that the back has opaque cover (black background), and under the black background, it is acceptable that the front is invisible.
2, Evenness: bow shape ≤ 0.5%; there is one place (one peak and one trough) allowed for every 610mm of waveform;
3, Granularity test: two pieces of tempered glass are selected for each batch of glass to be tested, and the place where the center of the long side of the glass plate is 13mm higher than the bottom edge is taken as the breaking point (see figure). After the glass is broken, the two areas with the largest granularity are selected in a 50mm*50mm box for counting. The number of crack-free particles completely contained in the 50mm*50mm box must be ≥50, and the largest particle size must be ≤ 15 mm * 8 mm.
4, Impact test: drop a steel ball with a diameter of 51mm and a weight of 535g from the glass surface 648mm, and impact the center of the glass plate once to ensure that the glass does not break.
