Function of silk screen printing glass:
In modern home appliances, glass is increasingly used as a decorative material. This is possible due to the fact that additional elements can be attached to it. There is no end to the possibilities of patterns and colours with regard to silk-screen printing, which enables a perfect application to the expectations of clients. The realization of an individual pattern, both in the form of pictures and graphics, allows the creation of an unrepeatable composition.
Glass which undergoes silk-screen printing can perform not only a decorative function, but also that of practical use. Thermally-hardened ceramic paints are used for the production of glass with silk-screen printing.
Silk screen printing glass physically tempered:
Toughened glass is generally used for preparing oven door, oven control panel, fridge glass door, fridge/ refrigerator/ freezer shelf, dish-washing machine panel, washing machine lid, switch panel etc. The tempered glass is used in preparing control panels for rich home appliances. The toughened glass is also used for dishwasher door, stove panel, electronic products panel, wine cabinet door, and for electronic weighing scale the toughened glass is used.

A: Yes, we can provide the glass for you verify the quality if you would like to undertake the freight cost.
2. Q: What's the cut hole effect?
A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
3.Q: Is irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
4.Q: How's the silk print effect?
A: GL received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room
